Reserver filet sur assiettes et couvrir de papier d&#8217;aluminium<br \/>\nFaire r\u00c3\u00a9duire sauce \u00c3\u00a0 nouveau a feu vif jusqu&#8217;\u00c3\u00a0 tres sirupeuse.<br \/>\nBien enrob\u00c3\u00a9 les filets.
