Graisser ou huiler un plat de cuisson (assiette \u00c3\u00a0 tarte en pyrex ou autres).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00c3\u00a9chauffer le four \u00c3\u00a0 190 \u00c2\u00b0C (375 \u00c2\u00b0F). Placer les tranches de pommes de terre en les chevauchant dans le plat de cuisson. Badigeonner de gras de canard, assaisonner et parsemer de thym frais. Placer ensuite les tranches de courge, les pommes puis les patates douces en prenant soin de badigeonner de gras de canard, d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122assaisonner et de parsemer de thym entre chacun des \u00c3\u00a9tages.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir de papier-parchemin et d\u00c3\u00a9poser un poids sur le tout (une po\u00c3\u00aale en fonte par exemple) et cuire au four 15 minutes. Enlever le poids et poursuivre la cuisson 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Sortir du four et laisser reposer quelques minutes avant de trancher.
